
COACHING
What is coaching?
Coaching is a structured conversation that leads to change and action. I believe that each individual has personal and professional potential, and my role is to launch them into achieving that potential.

As your coach, I will:
* Ask insightful questions to challenge your thinking about the obstacles you face and your chosen approaches.
* Provide a safe and honest space to explore options and find a path forward, always keeping your core values in mind.
* Hold you accountable for your commitments.
* Remind you of your strengths and celebrate your accomplishments with you throughout our journey.

Topics for each session are chosen by you. Coaching runs for six sessions, normally 2-3 weeks apart and the sessions range from 60-90 min.
